OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS
USED BRAND WEEKLY COOLER GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Used Brand Weekly Cooler Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Used Brand (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway consists of four (4) separate weekly entry periods during the month of May 2026:

Week 1: May 1 – May 7

Week 2: May 8 – May 14

Week 3: May 15 – May 21

Week 4: May 22 – May 31
Entries do not roll over. You must enter during the specific week to be eligible for that week’s drawing.
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry During any weekly Entry Period, visit the official Used Brand website and purchase products.

You will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 spent (excluding shipping and taxes).

Example: A $20 purchase equals 4 entries; a $50 purchase equals 10 entries.

There is no limit to the number of purchase entries an individual can earn.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary) To enter without making a purchase, send an email to caleb@getrevleads.com with the subject line "Weekly Cooler Giveaway Entry." The email must include:

Full Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.

A brief note (at least 25 words) about why you would like to win a Used Brand Cooler.

Each valid email counts as one (1) entry. To maintain parity with the purchase method, individuals may send multiple emails, but each must be sent individually with unique text.
5. Prize
Four (4) total winners will be selected (one per week). Each winner will receive:

One (1) Used Brand Cooler

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Based on current market value at time of award.
No cash substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing each week from all eligible entries received during that specific period. Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Used Brand and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.
8. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Maryland. Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.
9. No Social Media Sponsorship
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
10. Winners List
To request the name of the winners, email: caleb@getrevleads.com within forty-five (45) days following the end of the giveaway.
