USED BRAND PELICAN INTRUDER BOAT GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Used Brand Pelican Intruder Boat Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Used Brand ("Sponsor"), located at 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 3210-131, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry During the Entry Period, visit the official Used Brand website and purchase products.
- You will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 spent (excluding shipping and taxes).
- Example: A $20 purchase equals 4 entries; a $50 purchase equals 10 entries.
- There is no limit to the number of purchase entries an individual can earn.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary) To enter without making a purchase, send an email to info@goodasused.com with the subject line "Boat Giveaway Entry." The email must include:
- Full Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.
- A brief note (at least 25 words) about why you would like to win the Used Brand Pelican Intruder boat.
- Each valid email counts as one (1) entry. To maintain parity with the purchase method, individuals may send multiple emails, but each must be sent individually with unique text.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected. The winner will receive:
- One (1) Pelican Intruder 12-foot boat
- One (1) Hangkai outboard motor
- Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,000
No cash substitution or transfer of prize permitted. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, beyond any manufacturer warranty. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any costs associated with registration, titling, insurance, transportation, pickup, or delivery of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around August 7, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Used Brand and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.
8. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Maryland. Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.
9. No Social Media Sponsorship
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
10. Winner's List
To request the name of the winner, email info@goodasused.com within forty-five (45) days following the end of the Giveaway.
