Gear shipped by the maker

A few things — coolers and tumblers among them — ship straight from the people who build them. They travel on their own schedule and may turn up separately from the rest of an order.

If something goes wrong

Arrived damaged or defective? Send photos of the item and the packing slip within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unworn, unwashed apparel and hats can go back within 30 days. The full terms are in the refund policy.
