Starcraft Boat Giveaway Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

USED BRAND STARCRAFT BOAT GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED TO THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of the Used Brand Starcraft Boat Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Used Brand ("Sponsor"), 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 3210-131, Ellicott City, MD 21043.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on September 30, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter. Neither method has a limit on the number of entries.

A. Purchase Entry. During the Entry Period, purchase products from goodasused.com. You will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 spent, excluding shipping and taxes. Example: a $20 purchase earns 4 entries; a $50 purchase earns 10 entries. There is no limit to the number of purchase entries a person may earn. Entries from orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will be voided.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary). Send an email to info@goodasused.com with the subject line "Starcraft Boat Giveaway Entry." The email must include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Each valid email earns one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of email entries a person may submit, but each email must be sent individually. Bulk, forwarded, or automatically generated emails will not be counted.

C. Entry Conditions. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or through multiple or false identities or email addresses, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) customized Used Brand Starcraft Marine Alaskan 13 TL DLX boat with motor and trailer, equipped with a Garmin ECHOMAP chartplotter/fishfinder (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $20,000. Actual value may vary, and any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

No cash substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty.

Pickup and Transport. The Prize will be made available for pickup at a location in Maryland designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days of winner verification. The winner is solely responsible for picking up and transporting the Prize and for all costs associated with pickup and transport. Sponsor will not deliver or ship the Prize.

Taxes, Tags, and Registration. The winner is solely responsible for all required local, state, and federal taxes associated with the Prize, and for all required state and local tags, titles, registrations, and related fees for the boat, motor, and trailer, as well as any insurance.

Tax Reporting. Before the Prize is awarded, the winner must provide Sponsor with all information Sponsor requires to issue the appropriate tax documents for the value of the Prize, including a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number. Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 reporting the ARV of the Prize. If the winner does not provide this information, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place during the week of January 1, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone following the drawing. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, where permitted by law. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award the Prize from eligible entries received before the action.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Used Brand and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize.

10. DISPUTES

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Maryland. Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.

11. NO SOCIAL MEDIA SPONSORSHIP

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

12. WINNER'S LIST

To request the name of the winner, email info@goodasused.com within forty-five (45) days following the end of the Giveaway.
