At Used Brand, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns — Apparel & Hats

  • You may return unworn, unwashed t-shirts and hats within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, free from odors, stains, or signs of wear.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or style are available within the 30-day window, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Digital Gift Cards

Final sale. Once available, digital gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

Third-Party Products

  • Some items on our site are shipped directly by another company.
  • For these items, returns, replacements, and warranty claims must be handled with the manufacturer. Their terms will apply.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@goodasused.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip.
  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund once verified.

Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
  • If a return is approved but not in original condition, a restocking fee may apply.

This policy applies to retail purchases made at usedbrand.com. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
